Running this app might put your PC at risk." I can put the original file side by side with the transferred rejected file and the attributes look identical. One runs and the other doesn't even on the same PC. AVG rejects it as well!

Have you tried un-installing and re-installing the Dropbox app? If not I recommend that you do so to see if that fixes the problem.
